02 Field Survey

Once a property is selected, our team visits the site to assess dimensions and equipment. This is the time to discuss your rough budget, timeline, and vision for the space.
03 Layout Suggestions
เสนอผังพื้นที่

Prior to finalizing the design, we collaborate with you on the layout. Your input in shaping the layout is crucial to achieving the design you envision.
04 Proposal & Adjustment
นำเสนอแบบและปรับแก้
จากผังที่อนุมัติแล้ว เรานำเสนอแบบพร้อมประมาณราคา ใช้ภาพ CG และตัวอย่างวัสดุ เพื่อให้แบบสมดุลทั้งค่าใช้จ่าย ผังพื้นที่ งานระบบไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ ประโยชน์ใช้สอย และความทนทาน และปรับแก้จนคุณพอใจ
ระยะเวลา 2–3 สัปดาห์ / Duration: 2–3 weeks
Building upon the approved layout, we present a design proposal and estimate. Using CG perspectives and material samples, we ensure the design balances cost, layout, wiring, equipment, functionality, and durability. We make adjustments until you’re satisfied.
05 Contract
ทำสัญญา
หลังพูดคุยหลายครั้ง หากคุณพอใจทั้งแบบและราคา เราจะทำสัญญาอย่างเป็นทางการ และใช้เวลาเตรียมงานก่อสร้างประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์
After multiple discussions, if you’re content with our design and pricing, we formalize the agreement. It takes about a week to prepare for construction.
06 Construction
ก่อสร้าง

Our in-house team, comprising a construction manager, designer, and director, oversees the safe execution of construction. Before starting, we verify on-site dimensions and details with your final approval.
07 Quality Control & Improvement
ควบคุมคุณภาพและปรับปรุง
ตลอดการก่อสร้าง เราตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างเข้มงวดและควบคุมแผนงาน หากต้องแก้ไขจะแจ้งให้ทราบทันที และปรับปรุงตามความเห็นของคุณ
ระยะเวลา 2–3 สัปดาห์ / Duration: 2–3 weeks
Throughout construction, we conduct rigorous quality checks and manage the schedule. Any necessary corrections are promptly communicated, and improvements are made based on your feedback.
08 Display for the Interior Design

งานตกแต่งภายในยังไม่จบเพียงเท่านั้น เราใส่ใจความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และแนะนำของตกแต่งที่ช่วยเสริมบรรยากาศของพื้นที่ ให้เหมาะกับงบประมาณและภาพที่คุณต้องการ
Completing the interior design isn’t the final step. We pay attention to originality and suggest display items to enhance the space’s atmosphere, aligning with your budget and vision.
09 Delivery and After-Sales Maintenance
ส่งมอบงานและบริการหลังการขาย (สำหรับลูกค้าแบบเหมาครบวงจร)
ก่อนส่งมอบ เราตรวจงานขั้นสุดท้ายร่วมกับคุณ ทั้งขนาด ความเรียบร้อย และคุณภาพ พร้อมรับประกันความเสียหาย 1 ปี เพื่อความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืน
ระยะเวลา ประมาณ 1 ปี / Duration: approximately 1 year
(For turn-key customers) Before handing over the project, we conduct a final inspection in your presence to ensure dimensions, fit, and quality meet your expectations. We offer a one-year warranty against defects, demonstrating our commitment to a lasting partnership.
